From 24 to 26 May 2022, the SPS Italia fair in Parma, the reference exhibition event for the Italian industry and manufacturing sector, is back in presence.

Intercomp will participate by presenting its wide range of products dedicated to industrial automation along with tailor-made solutions created for major companies, in addition to the new lines of devices for Industry 4.0.

Our booth will move compared to the previous editions: we will always be in hall 6 but at booth K014.

The exhibition

The SPS IPC Italia fair in Parma is an event organized by Messe Frankfurt Italia dedicated to the intelligent, digital and flexible industry and which represents an international reference point for professionals.

The great success of the trade fair, which is back in presence after the editions cancelled due to the pandemic, is certified by the more than 40,000 visitors in 2019, belonging to multiple industrial sectors.

The 2019 edition, the last one in presence, included 854 exhibitors present at the booths distributed in the halls, including the various thematic areas.

The composition of the exhibitors present emerged from the analysis carried out:

• 55% producers;
• 25% distributors;
• 10% system integrators;
• 5% resellers;
• 5% training and consulting organizations.

Among the thematic exhibition areas, four main sectors can be identified:

•  55% advanced industrial automation;
• 28% digital & software;
• 10% robotics and mechatronics;
• 7% additive manufacturing.

What we will present

The solutions that we will propose to SPS Italia are divided into three main sectors.

① OUR MOST SUCCESSFUL PRODUCTS

There will be our panel PCs, monitors and box PCs which have now become a point of reference for our customers and which over the years have been increasingly refined to meet the needs of Industry 4.0.

At the same time, devices such as the industrial stand and the IT cart for logistics, advanced supports for production and logistic contexts will be exhibited.

② CUSTOM DEVICES CREATED TOGETHER WITH IMPORTANT COMPANIES

In our booth it will be possible to admire custom solutions that we have designed and produced together with important Italian and international production companies. These are extremely specialized processes that are based on close collaboration with the customer, to create a product that is the result of common skills. We will bring panel PCs, monitors, consoles and computerized carts.

③ NEW PRODUCT LINES

We will also bring to SPS Italia the new lines of industrial products that we will officially present during the exhibition.

Panasonic Toughbook, HANNspree and Rolec

We will have the pleasure of hosting at our stand the products and teams of important companies we actively collaborate with. It will therefore be possible, in addition to watch the solutions exposed, to obtain complete information directly from the voice of the experts.

Panasonic Toughbook division includes a wide range of rugged portable devices used in contexts whose conditions are often problematic for technological solutions, therefore in the presence of water, liquids of various kinds, dust and processing residues.

These are devices that can withstand extreme conditions, as well as vibrations and falls. They are also increasingly used within industrial production lines, as well as in areas such as automotive, defence, emergency services, transport, logistics and much more.

Their reliability is proven by over 25 years of development and direct use on the field.

It will be possible to watch at our stand the series of Panasonic rugged devices, starting from the handheld to the notebook, equipped with Windows and Android operating systems.

We have set up a dedicated space inside the stand in which HANNspree will install a series of monitors that can be used in industrial contexts, in various sizes, which can then be viewed and on which information can be obtained directly from the manufacturer’s experts.

These are solutions capable of expanding the range and versatility of Intercomp offer dedicated to the industrial world, thanks to the diversification of dimensions and characteristics that allow perfect integration in any type of operating context.

HANNspree is an electronics manufacturer specializing in dedicated visualization systems, globally. It is part of the HannStar Display Corporation Group, which is headquartered in Taipei (Taiwan) and is one of the world’s largest manufacturers of LCD panels.

Our historic collaboration with Rolec continues also for this edition of SPS Italia. At booth A016 in hall 6, our iCOMAC 8200 and iCOMAC 7200 panel PCs will be present, housed in the enclosures produced by the company.

At the same time, Rolec will provide us with four suspension arm systems on which we will install some of the solutions within our stand.

Rolec Italia is the branch of Rolec GmbH, a German company specialized in the production of electronic enclosures, containers and suspension arm systems.

How to reach our booth

As already anticipated, this year we will leave the position we have occupied in recent editions, to move to booth K014, also in hall 6.

It is an easily accessible location, next to the West entrance and the bar area. Here are some indications from two different directions.

From the West entrance

Our stand is located right near the West entrance, in the corner next to the bar area.

From hall 5

Arriving from Hall 5, simply cross Hall 6 and continue towards the West entrance.
