Siempharma is an Italian company founded in 2010 that over the years has consolidated growth and consistent skills in the design and manufacture of packaging machines for pharmaceutical, nutraceutical and cosmetic products.
hThe packaging industry has seen a significant increase in quality and in the control and precision capacity dedicated to the packaging of special products which, to be inserted into extremely efficient automated lines, undergo an exponential quantity of visual, weight and labelling checks. The integration of these new processes and technologies has become a distinctive element for Siempharma.
Over the years, the company has been structured to cover all segments of the production chain and today has various departments: mechanical design, quality control and mechanical details, mechanical production and assembly, programming and automation department, mechanical testing and certification department.
Siempharma uses a customized version of our iCOMAC 8200 panel PCs and monitors, a series of highly usable human-machine interface solutions.

These products followed a rigid process of design, material selection and production in order to be certified according to international, American and Eastern European standards.
These certifications allow the international commercialization of our solutions and provide an authoritative quality standard to the device and to our production department.
Person-machine usability
The monitor and panel PC screen uses the latest generation capacitive multi-touch touchscreen that allows the operator to work even with complex and multidimensional images, ensuring perfect interaction.
It is also equipped with a particularly innovative front opening system, designed to facilitate the operator when wiring and connecting the device to the machine.
Finally, directional handles were installed that allow to handle the device in an ergonomic way.
Structure for industrial environments
The 8200 monitor and panel PC structure is equipped with a particular certified design for continuous 24-hours operation.
These are industrial devices that can be installed in critical environments, thanks also to the fanless cooling system, which allows high heat dissipation even with high performance CPUs such as the new generation Core i7, while maintaining high protection from dust or liquids.
Customizable button panel
The developed button panel is a solution designed to be customizable according to the process needs, allowing users to adapt the machine to their needs.
The button panel and the entire front structure in general are equipped with a very high degree of protection and resistance, thanks to the application of tempered glass, which makes them sanitizable and therefore also suitable for application environments in the Pharma, Cosmetics and Food & Beverage sectors
